Design Exchange DESIGN EXCHANGE AWARD — TYLER BRÛLÉ 2017
The annual Canadian Design Exchange Intersection award was created for Tyler Brûlé, editor-in-chief of Monocle and founder of Wallpaper magazine. Made from a repetitive application of corian panels, the form mimics the physical stacks of the publications envisioned and brought to life by Tyler Brûlé. The form slowly tapers to a cylindrical shape, adding a dynamic quality to the form, and improving the tactile quality of the award.
