Taking cues from the form, utility, and application of traditional Shaker peg rails, these custom peg rails were designed as open storage for the bunkie units at Pine Island Cottage. Primarily serving short term guests in small quarters, the rails free up space while giving everyday objects a place to hang and be seen. Made from solid smoked white oak, the rails are reduced to their simplest form.
