Edition     TYNDALL LAMP     2026

The Tyndall Lamp is composed of two simple forms of Tyndall stone. An acute opening between the two masses conceals the light source, framing the stone while guiding a gentle wash of light across the surrounding wall.

The surface of Tyndall stone already contains its own ornament. The lamp reveals a material shaped over millions of years, its distinctive mottling and winding veins are the fossilised traces of an ancient inland sea. Quarried in Manitoba, each slab carries a unique geological record. Every cut reveals a different part of that history.
